Clean area with alcohol and let dry, heat up tape, press firmly and hold for 60 seconds. If possible, use a tape exposure trick by only exposing the tape partially, making sure it is lined up correctly, and then gradually expose more tape while applying pressure. Ceramic Coating is always recommended for all carbon fiber parts, especially exterior. Ceramic Coating helps prevent fading, scratches, and more. Please allow 1-3cm in size error.
