I received the wrong rear calipers at first and they answered for all the emails sent. Also they sent the right ones later on

Zero Stars Warranted

This business is absolutely horrible and I do not recommend them. My first order ever and almost two months later they will not respond to any of my communications. Not once to multiple emails and initially they were responding to my questions through their website chat function.

- 1 Sep 25 I ordered two sets of caliper covers for my two 25’ Toyota Camrys (three lead time, no problem).
- 5 Sep 25 shipping label created.
- 12 Sep 25 USPS receives package.
- 14 Sep 25 package arrived USPS distribution center Macon Ga. RED FLAG…THERE IS NO MACON DISTRIBUTION CENTER.
- 19 Sep 25 last USPS update, in-transit to next facility, arriving late.
- On 14 Sep 25 I contact USPS because of the red flag.
- 22 Sep 25 I contact KOCF via email (no phone numbers) asking them to follow up on missing package. I NEVER GOT A REPLY.
- 23 Sep 25 I contact KOCF via a different email I found online. I NEVER GOT A REPLY HERE EITHER.
- 24 Sep 25 I discover their online chat program and send them a message. They say they will look into it.
- 29 Sep 25 I follow up again on the chat option and they say I’ll send this over to the owner to see where we are with this request.
- 1 Oct 25 I follow up again via online chat and get this. We sincerely apologize for the delay and for not resolving this sooner. It looks like there was an issue with the shipment, and we completely understand your frustration. To make this right, we’ll be sending you a new shipment, which is already being processed and will be shipped out very soon. We’ll share tracking details with you as soon as it’s on its way. OK, PROGRESS…NOT!
- Now, they will not respond to me in any form of communication, even facebook messenger. I have only attempted to communicate with them on 22 and 23 Oct 25. Every time in the chat option the comments from me are cleared out and the page starts over. Not once have they responded to my emails nor on facebook messenger.
