If you have an SE and XSE with an original spoiler, this replacement spoiler will cover all holes except for the 2 outer holes. We recommend you use a small piece of vinyl wrap or hole plugs to cover the holes left by the original spoiler. This is not a defect but the only way to get this style of raised spoiler. If you have an LE or XLE with no original trunk spoiler, there is no exposed holes on your trunk lid. This spoiler is installed by tape, 3M or Gorilla Glue double sided tape is recommended.
Installation Instructions:
If you have an original spoiler, check out youtube videos on how to remove it first. To ensure optimum outcome, test fit before installing. Clean both the back of the spoiler and your original car part well with alcohol and let dry. Use your preference of double sided tape. Once the tape is exposed and sticks, it will be difficult to readjust. Heat up the tape to activate the tape. When exposing the tape, do so gradually to ensure you keep the spoiler in the correct position and angle while the tape is being exposed. Press down on the exposed tape areas and hold for 1 minute. Do not allow to sit in the sun, or any contact with water for 24 hours.
