Due to the distance between headlight lens and reflector, it is impossible to completely cover the reflector from all angles. Depending on which angle you look from, you may be able to see the reflector. This is the same thing as tinting the lens without covering extra space. The correct way to use this part is the same as the main picture. Tint the entire side and all the way to the front of the headlight, and then apply this carbon fiber part.
The backside is tape. Mock test fit to understand the best way to install. Clean area with alcohol and let dry, heat up tape, press firmly and hold for 60 seconds. If possible, use a tape exposure trick by only exposing the tape partially, making sure it is lined up correctly, and then gradually expose more tape while applying pressure. Ceramic Coating is always recommended for all carbon fiber parts, especially exterior. Ceramic Coating helps prevent fading, scratches, and more. It may need slight modification to fit properly. Some issues are inevitable such as blemishes, chips, dents and scratches which usually occurs in transit. It is not possible for the cover to go around the edges and you may see the edges, please allow about 1cm in size error.
